We do not ship on major Holidays. Most products are being shipped via FedEx. We also ship via UPS, USPS, DHL. Shipping is at buyers expense. Shipping will be calculated and billed at published rates. A handling charge and insurance is included in product price. We do not offer local pick-ups. Customers must contact Compeve and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning the merchandise. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. RMA shipments MUST have a RMA number clearly visible on outside of the package. All returns will be tested. Return for replacement found to be non-defective will result in a 20% restocking fee. Buyers pay return shipping for all non-defective products and products shipped for replacement that were purchased somewhere else, not from us. Any product found to be damaged through misuse, abuse or negligence is not eligible for warranty replacement.
